Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the continental U.S.

• Flat Rate Shipping: $9.99 on all orders
  

• 50% OFF Shipping: On all monthly subscriptions.
  

• Processing Time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends & holidays)
  

• Delivery Time: 3–7 business days
  

• Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
  

• Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally
  
  

Returns & Refunds

Because Pocono Maple Water is a perishable product, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by the quality of every case we ship.

• If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at customerservice@poconomaplewater.com
  

• No refunds, but we’ll happily issue a replacement.
  

• Please include your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable) for faster service.
  
  

Order Cancellations

• One-time orders can be canceled before shipping by emailing us immediately.
  

• Subscriptions can be managed, paused, or canceled anytime through your account dashboard. Be sure to make changes at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
